Some of the best horse trainers in dressage, eventing, hunter/jumper, and driving are located in Southern Pines, just a short hack or a quick trailer ride from the farm. Fair Oak Farm itself is the home of Grand Prix dressage trainer and USDF gold and silver medallist, Jim Koford.

Fair Oak Farm has all the amenities you would need for your training program: dressage arena, jumping field, miles of trails, etc. Fair Oak Farm is a full-care board facility with all the advantages of a large professional training facility, but with the friendly atmosphere of a private barn. Riders and drivers of all disciplines welcome. We have clientele who are serious competitors in dressage, eventing, and hunter/jumpers, along with foxhunters, pleasure riders, and those who just want to go out on the trail once in a while! All trainers are welcome also.
